While aging is inevitable, poor health is not. Aging occurs throughout the entire body from the moment you are born until the day you die, but to a varying degree. The good news is that it is possible to live to 100 and beyond, even to 120 years. The honest truth is that most of us have developed habits and lifestyle that limit our health potentialities. The key
to a long, full life comes from fixing the inside, not the outside of the body.

How Long Can You Live?
 
Science has made it possible for all of us to have the capacity to live to be 120, but only you can determine how you will choose to live your later years. You do not need to lose your vitality after 70 years. Women’s sex life does not need to end at 55. Men do not need to be impotent or have dementia as they age. The era of premature death, disease and suffering is over and a new era of relief of pain and suffering, aging gracefully and
increased longevity has begun. Everyone can have the chance to live to 100 and beyond by learning how to identify illness and disease in their earliest stages and taking care of them appropriately, before they cause damage.




You can start by quitting habits that are not serving you e.g. smoking, eating fast food etc and choosing habits that your body needs to thrive.

health are:

1. Poor diets
2. Lack of exercise
3. Stress and worry
4. Exhaustion

8. Blockages and congestion of the transportation highways within our
body.

10. Not having faith

Healthy Habits to Live Long

It takes 14 to 21 days of repetitive behaviour to form a new pattern in your brain. Once the pattern is formed, it becomes an automatic behavioural response. As you develop new healthy habits, they will begin to replace bad habits. Here are some longevity habits you can learn.




1. Drink more water

Drink 8 glasses of fresh, filtered water every day. Water is very important for proper lymphatic drainage and hydrating the cells to prevent build-up of toxic waste products. Filtered water is safest and for the best kind of filtration processes for removing containments use activated charcoal, which removes the impurities, but leaves the water
soluble minerals. Avoid water softeners, which take away essential minerals.

2. Eat like a Centenarian

There are over 200 centenarians in Rugao, a rural community in China the highest number of centenarians per 1000 residents anywhere in China. 

This community eat mostly fish, vegetable, mushrooms, seaweeds, corn and buckwheat. Meat and poultry are virtually absent in their diet: Scientist have confirmed the health benefits of a diet high in fish and vegetables and low in animal products.

* To enjoy good health, eat a wide variety of colourful fruits and vegetables every day
* Eat fish and cut back on meat and poultry.
* Choose the right fats. Cut back on saturated fats like butter and avoid all trans fats. Instead, choose mono-saturated fats, sesame, canola, flax and fish oil.
* Avoid all refined sugars


3. Restore with Regular Rest

Get 7 to 8 hours of quality sleep every night

4. Take the Stairs

Take a walk. Go for a swim. Join the gym. Find an exercise activity that works for you and stick to it, practising at least four times a week for thirty minutes a session. Regular exercise can strengthen your immune system, uplift your mood, maintain joint mobility, increased energy etc.

5. Manage Your Stress

Stress is the cause of most of the diseases that shorten our life span.
Meditation is a powerful way to manage your stress level. For the best results, meditate every day. Start with five minutes and work up to fifteen or twenty minutes.

6. Detoxify Your Surroundings

There are numerous and dangerous chemical compounds in our environment, in the water and drinks we take and in the food we eat especially organic foods, so we must be careful to avoid them. It is therefore beneficial to undergo periodic detoxification treatment with
special dietary and herbal regimens to lower your body’s toxic load.
