Checkout these 3 DIY Exfoliating Scrubs For A Glowing Skin

Everybody especially ladies want their skin to glow and they also desire to make a really good statement with their body. It might be difficult to achieve this if you don’t exfoliate your body. Exfoliation can be done weekly or you can pick what suits you.

Here we shall be looking at three Do-It-Yourself(DIY) exfoliating scrubs which are very cheap and available in your home.

1. Palm Oil Exfoliating Scrub

This bath removes toxins from the skin, it can help you deal with pimples, sunburn, and spot from the skin.

Ingredients

· Palm Oil

· Turmeric

· A bowl

Mix palm oil and turmeric together in a bowl, rub the mixture all over your body. Allow to sit for at least an hour, then scrub very well with either sugar or Epsom salt. Rinse with warm water so as to open your pores.

Bath with your normal soap to help remove the oil mixture residue. Make sure you wash well to get rid of the oil to prevent staining your cloth. After this, rinse with cold water and moisturize with any oil (coconut oil or castor oil) or you can use your body cream. Do this weekly or twice a week and you will love your skin

2. Bicarbonate Soda Exfoliating Scrub

Ingredients

· Bicarbonate Soda

· Granulated sugar

· Honey

· Lemon

Mix all these ingredients together and apply on your body, let sit for like 30 minutes then rinse your body with warm water. Pour cold water on your body to seal close pores. Seal your skin with any oil or use your body cream.

3. Coconut Oil Exfoliating Scrub

Ingredients

· Coconut oil

· Bicarbonate Soda

Mix these two ingredients together, apply all over your body and allow to sit for at least 30 minutes for good penetration. Wash and moisturize your skin

A bonus exfoliating scrub that is also very cheap is Epsom salt. Get Epsom salt, pour it in your bathtub of warm water and soak inside for like 15 minutes, then wash off with cold water. If you don’t have a bathtub you can just pour the Epsom salt in your bathing bucket and use to bath like your normal water.

The good thing about exfoliating your body is that it helps anything you are using on your skin to work, giving you a radiantly glowing skin.
