Reactions as IPOB Leader Nnamdi Kanu Allegedly Reports Gov Wike To Israel Over Killings in Obigbo

Leader of the Proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) Nnamdi Kanu, has threatened that his organization will respond to the alleged killing of IPOB members and other igbos in Oyigbo Local Government Area of Rivers State.

In the past few weeks there were unconfirmed reports that as many as 50 persons were killed during the military invasion of Oyigbo, believed to be the headquarters of IPOB in Rivers State, while many others were wounded.

Meanwhile, Ohaneze Ndigbo and some South-East governor’s during a visit to Governor Nyesom Ezenwo Wike in Port Harcourt said reports of the killing were false and also berated IPOB for hoisting its flags in Rivers State.

The Ohaneze Ndigbo and some South-East Governors have for a while shown their disapproval for the actions being carried out by the leader of the Proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) who they believe has been instigating hate and anger in the minds of various igbo people against the federal Republic of Nigeria.

But Kanu, in a Facebook post, said the group will retaliate the said killings buy inviting the Israeli government, US government and even the UK government to intervene on their behalf.

He stated: “ Destruction in the NORTH, desecration of synagogue in the SOUTH. The unending reign of state sponsored terrorism in Nigeria.

We have duly informed the @IsraelMFA @Statedept @USinNigeria UK in Nigeria who must note that Nyesom Wike, the self styled little Hitler of Rivers State is solely responsible for this sacrilegious act against adherents and place of worship in #Ogigbo..... "

Some of his followers were in full support of the invitation of the Israeli government who they see as their saving grace while some were busy mocking them in the comment section.
