He was born on February 14, 2003, in Manhattan Beach, California to parents;

Bobby Arbab and Constance McCullough He has an elder sister named Brittany.

Ashton attended Manhattan Beach Middle School. He is a singer, rapper, dancer and actor.

Before joining the cast of General Hospital, Ashton was known for his roles in the TV series Mutt & Stuff, The Loud House, and Alexa & Katie.
