Capitol Riot: Court Refuses to Ban Suspect Social Media Account

A magistrate judge at a federal court have refused to has Ban Capitol riot suspect social media accounts as prosecutor demanded. 

The judge ordered him to put a stop to any involvement with the business the establishment which is said promotes and supports violent protest.

The defendant, John Sullivan of Utah said that as a journalist, he attends raucous demonstrations and also shares the video through his United States of America's insurgency website and social media platforms.

Sullivan’s defense attorney even filed invoices with the court showing that CNN and NBC each paid Sullivan’s firm $35,000 last month for rights to video he filmed of chaotic scenes outside and inside the Capitol, including the deadly shooting of protester Ashli Babbitt by a U.S. Capitol Police officer.

Meanwhile, the prosecutors said he actively encourages violence, telling viewers how to make Molotov cocktails and evade identification by police.
